President Donald Trump and Apple CEO Tim Cook are set to meet on Wednesday afternoon. And though the temperamentally and politically opposed men are in no way amicable, it’s easy to imagine either party initiating the tête-à-tête.
That’s because, when it comes to trade, taxes, and China, a lot is on the line for the both parties.

With Trump’s reference to trade in a recent tweet about the meeting, and with a with China, it seems as though Cook and Trump will most likely discuss Apple’s position as a company with interests in both the U.S. and China — and why it wants to keep trade flowing. Read more…
